We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made with the best materials using our special digital printing and embroidery technologies, and most are produced within 24 hours.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused embroidered products for a replacement, refund or account credit within 10 days of receipt.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Headswear returns the right to donate, recycle or resale any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange, refund, or an account credit within 10 days of receipt.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange, refund, or an account credit, the process is simple:
- Contact Customer Support to receive a return address & an RMA number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
- Return the package to the return address provided.
You will be notified when your goods are received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 7-21 days for your card or account to be credited.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We never light unsatisfied customers, and so we remain backing each and every order we dispatch. If you are unsatisfied with any order, please contact support rather than opening a dispute or chargeback with Paypal or your bank. Chargeback’s only lengthen the process of communication and resolution of problems.
